Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Responsibilities

• Connect with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Escalate/transfer/complete conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more as needed
• Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and detailed records
• Provide feedback on call issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and services

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
• High School Diploma or GED, with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• 6 months of Call Center experience is preferred, but not required
• Ability to type 25 wpm, with comfort using desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
• Proven oral and written communication skills, with logical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Availability to work various shifts, with the ability to stay composed and objective in a fast-paced environment
• Strong listening skills, with the ability to work in a constantly changing environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you will need:

• A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
• An ISP with no packet loss and a ping under 50ms, with proof of internet speed required
• A clean and quiet workspace, free from distractions and interruptions
