About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls from customers. Your passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind will be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming communications from customers and provide timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers and resolve their issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Consult with customers on products and services, providing expert advice and guidance to help them make informed decisions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and transparent manner, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported throughout the process
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
What You Bring to the Role
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
- Recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge, with the ability to learn and adapt to new products and services quickly
- Computer experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- High-speed internet (>15 mbps), with a reliable and stable connection to ensure seamless communication with customers

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
