Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers, providing assistance with travel-related inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking help with hotel, rental car, and flight reservations. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with travel-related inquiries
- Review customer history as necessary to provide personalized support
- Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Help customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, and process refunds
- Provide solutions to travel-related issues and escalate complex problems to senior representatives
- Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary
- Document information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate records
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience is required
- Strong geographical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills, including active listening and effective communication
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy
