Job Overview
This hybrid position is based at our 2270 Lakeside Blvd, Richardson, TX 75082 location, with a combination of in-center and remote work. As a Customer Service Representative - Sales, you'll work in center 3-4 days a week and remotely from home 1-2 days a week. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and delivering personalized recommendations to our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner

- Use multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries, as well as maintain customer records

- Perform basic troubleshooting and engage Tier 3 support to resolve customer-impacting issues that span multiple networks, including Internet, voice, and data services
- Work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time, to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Call center or customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours, with occasional overtime required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
