Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED), or equivalent
- Prior experience in a call center environment is strongly preferred, but not required

- Strong typing skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications, including CRM software and other tools
- Ability to commit to 3 weeks of full-time paid training, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including one weekend day, Saturdays, and holidays
- Own PC computer, web camera, 2 monitors, high-speed internet, and a hands-free headset are required
