Position Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark's PBM division, you'll play a critical role in delivering heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. You'll work in a flexible, work-from-home environment, taking inbound calls and answering questions about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. You'll have the opportunity to service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to plan members via inbound calls, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
- Respond to member inquiries about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to members.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address member concerns and improve overall service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services.
- Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements, maintaining confidentiality and data security.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, or customer service environment.
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 months of healthcare experience.
- Ability to problem-solve in a positive and productive manner.
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life.
- Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards.
- Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence.
- Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism.
- Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive pay rate starting at $17.50 per hour, with a pay range of $17.00 - $25.65 per hour. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
