**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions, and providing solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions.
* Provide solutions to help plan members better understand their coverage and options.
* Offer empathetic and patient support to customers, demonstrating a genuine concern for improving their quality of life.
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences.
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and informed support.
**Requirements**
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience.
* Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner.
* Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism.
* Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Associates degree or equivalent experience.
* Ability to exhibit patience and empathy, and express assurance and confidence.
* Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards.

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Competitive hourly rate: $17.00 - $27.90.
