We are currently hiring hundreds of Customer Care Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations division, and we are excited to offer a work-from-home opportunity for candidates living within 75 miles of San Antonio, TX. As a Customer Care Representative, you will have the opportunity to balance your priorities in and outside of work while delivering heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. You will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You will have the opportunity to service a variety of clients and call types, and you will receive the necessary training to upskill you to assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing business needs.
A High School Diploma or equivalent experience is preferred. We offer a comprehensive training program to ensure your success on the team, including onsite training of a minimum of 6 weeks, self-paced modules, and leadership engagement from day 1. Our training program is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to deliver exceptional customer service and succeed in your role.
We offer a flexible work schedule, with full-time schedules ranging from 30-40 hours per week. Days off and hours may vary based on business needs. We also offer a work-from-home opportunity, which requires maintaining your own internet with approved speed requirements, a secure workspace free from distractions, and successful completion of the training program. Adherence to HIPAA and governmental compliance is required in this role.
We offer a competitive pay rate starting at $17.50 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, and a wide range of supplemental benefits and discount programs.
