About the Role: 2nd Shift/Weekend Customer Care Agent
We're looking for highly motivated and team-oriented individuals who can work independently to solve unique problems and provide top-notch customer support. As a Customer Care Agent at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers over the phone, live chat, and email. Your goal will be to create raving fans for blithequark every single day, providing personalized support and resolving issues with ease. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work independently to solve unique problems and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer experience, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized support
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful support, participating in ongoing training and development opportunities
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate, continuously striving for improvement and excellence
Schedule and Work Environment:
This role offers a unique 4-day weekend shift schedule, with each shift lasting 10 hours. The available shifts are:
- Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time
- Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time
- Monday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
- Tuesday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
We offer flexibility in the schedule per day, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. As a remote worker, you'll need to provide a secure and quiet work environment with a strong Internet connection. We'll provide all the necessary equipment to ensure your success.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications, including CRM and helpdesk tools
- Strong attention to detail, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer experience
- Knowledge of customer service software and technology, including chatbots and email management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think creatively and outside the box

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

- Starting salary of $18.00/hr, with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
- 2 weeks paid time off per year, plus 1 week sick time
