Job Overview
In this full-remote position, you will be responsible for providing superb customer service, responding to inquiries, managing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of spare parts. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with customers by responding to requests with a sense of urgency and driving orders to completion
- Acknowledge orders, obtain engineering input on parts, and coordinate with the Purchasing team for parts orders
- Prepare spare parts proposals for customers and enter orders into our ERP system
- Prepare packages and bills of lading for outgoing shipments and expedite deliveries per customer requests
- Maintain accurate records between Smart Sheet and Epicor, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
- Serve as a liaison with manufacturing, engineering, and shipping teams to streamline operational processes and drive efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare system spare parts lists and ensure customers have what they need
