You will be required to work 40 hours a week, with shifts that may include day and evening timings until midnight, as well as weekends. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $16.65.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from customers and address their health-related inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Utilize various databases and written materials to look up and provide accurate information to customers

• Work within established contractual turnaround times to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum six (6) months of customer service, administrative, or call center experience required
• Ability to speak English clearly and professionally

• Ability to effectively work within established contractual turnaround times

  • 8GM Memory
  • 256 GB Hard Drive
  • Minimum of 1 USB Gen 2 or newer
  • Headset connection hardwired (not wireless)
  • Hardwired internet connection (cannot use Wi-Fi)
  • 1 RJ-45 for wired network connection
• Have a dedicated office space that allows you to work without interruptions from family members, pets, personal phone calls, etc.
• Have a reliable high-speed internet connection (validated by a copy of a current internet bill with internet specifications)
• Have 2 monitors
