This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States, where you will play a critical role in identifying and resolving customer issues and answering customer inquiries regarding the status of their orders. As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the frontline representative, interacting with patients and referrals via various communication channels, including phone calls, email, fax, chat, text, web inquiries, and other electronic sources.
