**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Handling and resolving email requests from dedicated clients and interpreters related to scheduling, as the first point of contact.
* Assisting in answering clients/interpreters calls, when needed.
* Efficiently inputting data and maintaining accurate database information.
* Other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager.
* Managing all inbound interpreter calls and inquiries.
* Managing all inbound interpreter calls, emails, and securing interpreters to cover appointments.
* Managing all of the appointments for a dedicated client by meeting both arenaflex and client service levels for securing interpreters to the appointments.
* Other duties as assigned.

* The ability to handle stressful and challenging situations in a calm and professional manner while working with internal and external clients.
* Professional communication skills; verbal and written.
* Proficiency with standard software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with other web-based applications.
* Ability to excel in a demanding, dynamic, and team-based working environment.
**Experience Requirements**
We are looking for a candidate with:
* 2 years of experience in customer service.
* 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
* Exceptional data entry and accuracy skills.
* Professional verbal and written communication skills.
* Organized and motivated with excellent follow-through, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
* Ability to work independently while remaining an effective and efficient member of cross-functional teams.
* Ability to analyze problems and develop processes to alleviate problems.
