Responsibilities
- Managing and executing programs and projects within the Office of Faculty Affairs
- Coordinating project activities, events, and workshops
- Maintaining detailed project documentation
- Ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders
- Assisting in scheduling meetings and preparing reports
- Preparing and distributing project communication
- Tracking project progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Managing administrative tasks such as maintaining project files
- Engaging key contributors from various university units and external stakeholders
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Planner, Asana, Monday.com)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently
- Experience working with senior executives or academic leaders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with recognition programs, awards and teaching programs in higher education
- Willingness to work occasional evenings for events
