**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. **Key Responsibilities**
* Field customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective resolutions to their concerns

**Minimum Qualifications**
