Job Overview
This fully remote position, with the exception of initial training, offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and provide outstanding customer service to our clients. As a Customer Solutions Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, dispatching technicians, and performing various administrative duties. Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Initiate outbound phone calls for scheduling of service calls, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and accurately
- Dispatch the correct technician to each job, taking into account qualifications, geography, and customer preferences
- Utilize Service Titan & ClearPath software to effectively plan and dispatch jobs, ensuring seamless communication with customers and technicians
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other relevant information
- Communicate with technicians regarding availability, expected completion time, and other essential details
- Ensure accuracy of details (customer name, phone number, address, etc.) on all scheduled calls, maintaining attention to detail and organizational skills
- Perform a variety of administrative duties as requested by your direct supervisor and other managers in the company, demonstrating versatility and flexibility
- Collaborate with service technicians and various customers, from residential to commercial, to provide exceptional service and support
- Other duties as assigned, showcasing your ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflows
Qualifications and Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a customer service environment, with previous dispatch experience being a plus

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
- Attention to detail, with the ability to manage priorities and workflow in a fast-paced environment
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work from home efficiently, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
Preferred qualifications include experience in plumbing, electric, and HVAC, as well as previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
