About the Role: Customer Success Manager

We're looking for a strong Customer Success Manager to join our US team and own a book of our customers, developing strategic partnerships by working with customers to pair their strategic outcomes with objective success criteria. Our Customer Success team is built on customer obsession, and we're looking for someone who shares this passion.
