Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our customers by answering their questions and resolving their issues related to our tax software products. Your duties will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and providing clear and concise solutions to their problems
- Assisting customers with downloading, logging in, and getting started with our tax software products
- Helping customers with basic navigation, importing documents, printing, and filing their tax returns

- Collaborating with our team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to resolve complex customer issues
