This is a full-time, remote opportunity with an immediate start, offering a competitive salary and a range of benefits. **Key Responsibilities** * Communicate with customers via phone or email to discuss current and new orders, resolve issues, and provide solutions * Create and edit sales orders, quotes, and invoices using our Sage database * Research and recommend apparel products and promotional items to meet customer needs * Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Manage and grow our current customer base of over 100 schools, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences * Create and manage UPS shipments to ensure timely delivery * Represent arenaflex at conferences and events to build brand awareness and drive business growth **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a sales or account management capacity * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders * Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Sage, to manage customer interactions and data * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues * High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the promotional products or apparel industry * Familiarity with UPS shipping procedures and protocols * Certification in customer service or a related field * Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in using CRM software and other technical tools * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
