As a Customer Success Team Member, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing exceptional customer service, identifying and addressing their needs, and building strong relationships with our stakeholders. * Create and manage UPS shipments to ensure timely delivery
* Represent arenaflex at conferences and events to build brand awareness and drive business growth
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a sales or account management capacity
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
* Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Sage, to manage customer interactions and data
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
