**About the Role**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for interacting with existing and potential customers, providing exceptional support, and helping them navigate our products and services. If you're a problem-solver with a passion for learning and a knack for communicating complex issues in a clear and educational manner, we'd love to hear from you.
**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Educating customers on online privacy best practices and data protection strategies
* Documenting information about customer cases, resolutions, and feedback to inform our strategic direction
* Partnering with internal teams to resolve complex issues and championing customer needs throughout the process
* Resolving inquiries received via web, email, and internal ticketing system in a timely and efficient manner
* Identifying potential user interface issues and escalating them to the relevant teams
* Collaborating with the Customer Support Team Lead to resolve customer issues that cannot be resolved through standard support channels
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in customer support or a similar role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written skills
* Adept troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
* A passion for learning and an ability to communicate complex issues in a clear and educational manner
* Ability to adapt to rapid changes in the workplace
* Proficiency in using technology and navigating multiple systems

**Compensation**
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $24-$25 per hour, depending on experience.
