We're seeking an experienced Chat Associate to join our Worker Operations Team, where you'll play a vital role in upholding safety and reliability for both sides of our marketplace. As a Chat Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, investigating incidents, and developing reliability initiatives to improve the overall quality of our marketplace. Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via telephone, live chat, and web communication channels to resolve inquiries and issues

Essential Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience with Zendesk or any CRM, with the ability to navigate and utilize technology to drive business outcomes
