Job Overview
As an E-File Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents utilizing our online platforms and tools. This is a remote position, but you must be located in the United States. You will work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. Key Responsibilities
- Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and our processes, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise, using your analytical skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- No experience is necessary, but data entry experience is a plus, and tech experience is strongly preferred
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- High school diploma or GED required, with a strong foundation in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, demonstrating your attention to detail and ability to focus
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for spotting errors and discrepancies
- Desire and ability to be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm, with high accuracy and efficiency
