**Your Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and fax. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Processing incoming customer quotes, order requests, or questions in a timely and efficient manner
* Evaluating, quoting, processing, and expediting requests and questions to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting company revenue and profit goals
* Communicating order status and part number information to internal and external customers in a timely and accurate manner
* Interfacing with third-party vendors to identify, purchase, and supply parts to customers
* Processing repairs, returns, and credit memos in a timely and efficient manner
* Reviewing and utilizing the SAP Complaint Management System to resolve customer concerns
* Using feedback from customers and colleagues to identify and recommend process improvements to management
**Your Profile**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* An Associate degree in a related field or equivalent related work experience
* 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume customer support role
* 2+ years of experience working with an enterprise resource planning system (ERP)
* 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office
* The ability to manage and resolve customer conflicts or issues
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications will make you an even stronger candidate:
* Skilled at adapting to ambiguous and changing situations that impact customer service
* Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers
* Ability to complete work with minimal supervision
* Experience reading technical documents
* Knowledge and experience working in SAP
