**Your Schedule**
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will work a standard 9 AM to 5 PM EDT (Eastern Daylight Time, UTC-4) schedule, which aligns with our clients' most active hours. This is when you'll be the hero they need, providing timely and effective support to ensure their success.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Be the frontline champion for our clients: Provide exceptional support via Zendesk, chat, and calls, ensuring that every client interaction is thoughtful, fast, and solution-focused.
* Tackle bank disputes with confidence and clarity: Stand up for what's fair and right, resolving disputes with confidence and clarity.
* Troubleshoot technical issues: Turn problems into opportunities to shine, providing creative solutions to technical issues.
* Work side-by-side with an inspiring team: Collaborate with our Support Team Lead to continuously improve our processes and deliver wow-worthy experiences.
* Partner with the Support Team Lead: Shape and scale a truly exceptional customer support department, driving growth and excellence.
**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1+ year of experience in a Customer Support role: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluent written and spoken English: Crystal-clear communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.
* A natural communicator with a proactive, energetic approach: A positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and a willingness to go above and beyond.
* Bonus points if you have experience in Customer Success: A deep understanding of long-term client happiness and a proven track record of driving customer success.
