As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide warm and welcoming service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. * Handle customer transactions, including ticket sales, baggage handling, and freight services. * Operate a modernized retail location framework, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. * Work in a team environment to ensure the success of our organization, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals. * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the outcome. * Handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets. * Calculate charges, make change, and balance daily transactions, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date. * Inspect baggage and freight, ensuring that all items are properly tagged and accounted for. * Answer phone calls to provide information to guests, page customers, resolve issues or objections, and assist on a case-by-case basis. * Handle exchanges necessary to load the airplane in a timely and efficient manner. * Manage misused customers due to oversells, delayed or cancelled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage. * Resolve such issues quickly and within the rules established by the organization. * Provide current and accurate information on fares, schedules, reservations, flight arrival/departure times, and answer general questions from customers and other guests at the airport. * Complete forms and reports as required by the organization. * Write anomaly and complaint reports as needed. * Perform other work duties as directed by Representative's Chiefs. **Information, Abilities, and Competencies** * Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the job. * Ability to understand records, follow guidelines, learn and comprehend tagging methodology, rules, and regulations. * Ability to work with others as part of a team, meet the public, and work under stressful circumstances. * Ability to complete the Customer Support Specialist training program with an 80% or higher average and a passing grade. * Knowledge of hazardous situations and ability to handle crises on a case-by-case basis. * Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve fast turnaround of airplanes. * Ability to provide a well-groomed appearance in understanding the Ground Tasks Worker Handbook and Work Arrangement. * Ability to perform all job duties within a limited space. * Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in person, and on public address systems. * Ability to communicate information and guidelines verbally or through radio equipment. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. **Why Join arenaflex?** * Competitive salary of $27/hour * Flexible part-time schedule * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative airline * Comprehensive training program to ensure your success * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Competitive benefits package **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about providing exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
