Lead and manage complex application migration projects for clients using Red Hat's platform.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and create customized migration plans.
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing applications and provide recommendations for migration.
Work closely with the Release Engineering team to ensure smooth and timely release of applications.
Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the migration process.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process.
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in open source technology and incorporate them into the migration process.
Train and mentor junior team members on application migration and release engineering best practices.
Communicate project progress and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Continuously improve and optimize the application migration and release engineering processes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Proactively identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
Participate in conferences and events to promote Red Hat's open source solutions and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth.
