Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Educating customers on their benefits, coverage options, and how to navigate the healthcare system

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
