Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by engaging with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently, using pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and medication data.
- Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to ensure seamless workflow and provide support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and inventory levels, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on pharmacy regulations, procedures, and best practices.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Strong numerical skills, with the ability to accurately fill prescriptions and perform calculations.
- Excellent computer skills, with experience using pharmacy systems and software.
- Knowledge of store stock control and inventory management principles.

- Previous experience in a retail pharmacy or healthcare setting.

- PTCB certification or willingness to obtain.
