Our team of experts is passionate about making a difference, and we're dedicated to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment that celebrates individual differences. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist – Contract Management, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our network countries in India, ensuring the smooth execution of contract management processes. You'll work closely with our local divisions, sales teams, and customers to set up and manage MMA agreements, create service recommendations, and execute projects in SAP S4 Hana. If you're a customer-centric individual with a passion for contract management, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Setting Up MMA Agreements in ATURB: Once a new agreement is signed, you'll support our local divisions in setting up the agreement in ATURB as per the scoped agreed between sales and customer. * Yearly Update of MMA Agreements: You'll update MMA agreements in case of any change in scope, material, service packages, etc. * Data Clean-up of Agreements: You'll perform data clean-up of agreements as per the requirements. * Creation of Service Recommendations: You'll create periodic service recommendations for customers based on the maintenance budget. * Creation of Budgets: You'll create maintenance budgets for MMA customers based on the yearly maintenance scheduler and remarks from a previous service job. * Support on Turb Lifecycle Care and Turbo Marine Care: You'll support our customers on setting up and calculating Turb Lifecycle Care and Turbo Marine Care. * Support on Execution of Projects in SAP S4 Hana: You'll support the execution of projects in SAP S4 Hana. **Your Background** * Formal Education & Certification: You should have a relevant University degree in Business or Engineering. * English Language: English language is a must, and knowledge of other languages would be an added advantage. * Knowledge & Experience: You should have 5 years of experience in global customer support, preferably in a manufacturing or heavy engineering company. * Knowledge of O365 Tools: You should have knowledge of O365 tools. * Personal Attributes: You should have a strong customer service orientation, be able to switch between tasks quickly, and handle multiple stakeholders across geographies. **What We Offer** * Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary that reflects your skills and experience. * Remote Work: You'll have the flexibility to work from home, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. * Career Growth Opportunities: We're committed to helping you grow your career, with opportunities for professional development and advancement. * Learning Benefits: You'll have access to training and development programs that help you stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. * Work Environment: Our work environment is inclusive, diverse, and supportive, with a focus on celebrating individual differences. **How to Apply** If you're passionate about customer support and contract management, and you're looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we want to hear from you!
