As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our community, providing top-notch support to our customers, partners, users, and other stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is dedicated to ensuring the success of our logistics services and delivering a great experience for our users. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be working full-time on a 4-day workweek schedule, which may include non-traditional hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
To be successful in this role, you should have a combination of sales or customer service experience, preferably with a technology or logistics company. You should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact and connect with many types of personalities. Your problem-solving skills should enable you to quickly and efficiently troubleshoot and resolve issues, and you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements. Additionally, you should be proactive, able to navigate through uncertainty and ambiguity, and willing to work a schedule that includes non-standard shifts, such as evenings and weekends. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
