Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Residency in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin
- Ability to work from home with a dedicated workspace and minimum computer requirements (see below)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience working in a call center or contact center environment
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows and keyboard navigation

Training Requirements
As a new hire, you will be required to complete a mandatory training program, which includes:
- 1st Shift Training – 2 weeks (M-F), 8:30am-3:30pm CST
- 2nd Shift Training – 2 weeks (M-F), 5:00pm-11:00pm CST
- Weekend Training – 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm CST
