**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and maintain data visualizations using Power BI to inform business decisions and drive growth
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions
* Design and implement scalable data pipelines and data architecture to support business operations
* Work closely with IT and business analysts to identify and implement new data sources and variables
* Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions
* Evaluate and validate metrics to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
* Participate in the Data Governance program to update the data dictionary and develop data standards
* Research and remediate data errors and inconsistencies
* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business operations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization
* Strong experience working with Power BI, including creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
* Knowledge of DAX, SQL, and M Code
* Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Power BI Dataflows, or other big data integrations
* Strong data modeling experience using star schema or other procedures
* Experience with statistical analysis and data mining
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with Smartsheets and other project management tools
* Strong experience with SQL, including writing complex SQL queries
* Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
* Knowledge of data storytelling principles and best practices
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikView
* Strong communication and presentation skills
