- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of transportation, driver, and customer behavior, and create reporting and ad-hoc analyses for key stakeholders.
- Build reality-based models, conduct root cause analyses, and collaborate with stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
- Plan and estimate retail tests, build dashboards and metrics for new customer recommendations, and conduct underlying driver analysis for essential justification of late deliveries.
- Grasp differences in performance across stores and markets, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and insights.
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
