**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry / 10-Key Specialist to join our team at arenaflex's Fontana, CA location. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for:
* Converting hard copies to electronic images
* Preparing and scanning documents accurately and efficiently
* Meeting production goals, with a minimum of 120 to 150 files per day
* Inputting a large volume of data into the system accurately while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and adhering to strict deadlines
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless document processing
**Requirements and Competencies**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 10-key proficiency and experience
* Excellent English reading, writing, and communication skills
* Ability to work in a warehouse environment that is not consistently climate controlled
* Physical requirements and environment: ability to stand for several hours, lift boxes weighing up to 80 - 90 pounds
* Medical records experience is preferred, though not required
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry software

**Compensation and Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,200.00 - $50,300.00 per year, based on experience. Our benefits package includes:
