YouTube Series Producer — Personal Brand / Leadership / Culture Project Type: Ongoing Platform: YouTube (video-first, not traditional podcast feed) Creator: Author, founder, and executive leader building a high-level thought leadership brand Overview I'm launching a YouTube series focused on leadership, culture, personal evolution, career pivots, and high-performance thinking. This is broader than any single project — it's the through-line of everything I've built and where I'm going next. I've been a guest on shows and podcasts across multiple platforms, and I host my own podcast. Here's a sample of my existing work and presence: My north star: https://www.youtube.com/@TheDiaryOfACEO My podcast: https://open.spotify.com/show/2uWoHwitbRYdIvNHlXWVkh Enrollify Episode: https://www.enrollify.org/episodes/episode-76-the-beyonce-standard-of-brand-activation-the-university-of-cincinnatis-our-city-campaign YouTube appearance: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xBWmKQ5o-F0 Additional podcast: https://open.spotify.com/show/4Ew9F0qYbEDKHH4pjdk6nJ This is not a casual vlog — it's cinematic, strategic, and brand-driven. My goal is to build a trusted, high-quality show that grows an audience of professionals and leaders who are serious about growth, culture, and performance. I'm looking for a Producer who can own the backend so I can focus solely on being on-camera talent. You'll help manage episode planning and structure, editing workflow, visual tone and pacing, publishing cadence, and light performance analytics and supporting rollouts. This is a long-term partnership, not a one-off edit. What I Need You To Own Pre-Production Shape episode outlines from rough ideas, refine hooks and titles, coordinate recording logistics (remote or in-person), and keep us on production schedule. Production Oversight Guide shot structure for solo episodes and occasional interviews, ensure quality audio/video standards, and think cinematically — not just "talking head." Post-Production Edit long-form episodes (20–60 min target), create 3–5 high-impact short clips per episode, add clean lower thirds, light motion graphics, and captions, and maintain a consistent visual identity throughout. Distribution & Analytics Optimize titles and thumbnails for YouTube, handle uploading and scheduling, suggest basic SEO improvements, and track early analytics to recommend iteration. The Style Clean. Intelligent. Strategic. High-presence. Not gimmicky, not over-edited — substance over flash. If your portfolio leans heavily into hyper-influencer energy, this probably isn't the right fit. Ideal Candidate You've produced YouTube shows or video series before (please link examples), understand personal brand positioning, and can think like a strategist — not just an editor. You're organized, proactive, have a strong sense of pacing and narrative, and are comfortable collaborating with high-performing executives and creatives. Bonus points if you've worked with authors or thought leaders, or understand LinkedIn and YouTube cross-pollination strategy. Engagement Structure 2–4 episodes per month to start, with an ongoing partnership preferred. Open to a flat rate per episode or monthly retainer — please include your pricing structure in your application. To Apply, Please Include: 2–3 relevant YouTube projects you've produced Your role in each project Your proposed workflow for managing a show like this Your pricing structure One suggestion for how you would elevate an executive-led YouTube show
