About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Associate to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in processing orders, managing communications, and maintaining business knowledge information. Key Responsibilities:
- Process Excel (Macro and Non-Macro) orders proficiently, ensuring accuracy and meeting demanding deadlines.
- Process incoming paper orders from both consumer and Corporate Sales Division in a timely manner, meeting all accuracy and productivity standards.
- Process Customer Gift History, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Manage incoming communications in a prompt, efficient, timely, and professional manner, meeting all accuracy and productivity standards.
- Monitor and maintain business and product knowledge information by utilizing all available resources.
- Process Fax and email orders, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Utilize excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking skills to meet the demands of the Corporate Sales Division.
- Typing speed of 35 wpm or more, with excellent spelling and grammar.
- Proven demonstrated knowledge of navigation Micro-Soft Programs, including Excel.
- Ability to use discretion in working with confidential information.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to organize multiple tasks and produce results with exact deadlines in an environment with frequent interruptions.
- Ability to accommodate changing work schedules, including weekends and late hours during the Holiday season.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
