Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on the 3rd shift. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely input of time and production data into our Blue Chip computer system. Key Responsibilities
- Input time and production data for all distribution center associates into Blue Chip computer systems, including summarizing production sheets, checking for accuracy, and reporting errors.
- Translate DCIS data and calculate performances for each associate covered by the program, as well as calculate individual bonus dollars based on the associate's ability to perform against individual production standards.
- Generate and distribute production and incentive dollar reporting to distribution center management and payroll on a daily basis.
- Analyze system output and troubleshoot erroneous data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- File paperwork in accordance with established procedures and rotate files periodically for storage.
- Participate in other projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- Previous clerical or administrative experience, with a focus on data entry and record-keeping.
- 10-key experience, with the ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Good math skills, with the ability to perform calculations and analyze data.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, with access to sensitive payroll information.
