As an Experienced Data Entry Professional – Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Enteral Nutrition Community by handling monthly quiet top-off requests and ensuring documentation is accurate prior to transportation orders. You will work closely with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to provide personalized support and ensure seamless care transitions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming calls from patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals regarding nutrition treatment request status
* Triaging calls to different departments as needed
* Confirming patient demographics and insurance information to ensure accurate shipment
* Handling new patient orders and updating electronic clinical records
* Collaborating with the patient confirmation department to ensure smooth onboarding of patients onto services
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
**Required Capabilities**
* At least one year of experience working in a customer-facing environment
* Experience with data entry and electronic medical records
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
