Job Overview
In this critical role, you'll play a vital part in managing data entry tasks, creating high-quality Amazon listings, and contributing to the overall health of our Amazon account. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and enter data for assigned projects with precision and accuracy.
- Create high-quality Amazon listings that meet our brand standards and exceed customer expectations.
- Share responsibilities for maintaining Amazon account health with the team, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve team goals and drive business success.
- Oversee and review the work of remote team members, providing feedback and support to ensure high-quality output.
- Manage Brand Registry Listings in the Brand Partnership Program, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to navigate complex spreadsheets and data sets.
- An understanding of Amazon Listings and Seller Central, with experience creating high-quality listings that drive sales and customer engagement.
- The ability to navigate manufacturer websites and brand data files, extracting relevant information and insights.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work.
- A self-motivated and disciplined work ethic, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Reliable attendance and work history, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently, with a focus on achieving team goals and driving business success.
- Capable of working independently most of the time, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and seek support when needed.
- Knowledge of aftermarket automotive parts is a plus, but not required – we're looking for a talented and adaptable individual who can learn and grow with our team.
Education and Qualifications
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in data entry, Amazon listing creation, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
Compensation and Hours
We offer a competitive compensation package, with pay negotiable based on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time, first-shift hybrid position, with a training schedule that includes:
- Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, for the initial 90-day training period.
- Equipment for remote work will be provided upon successful completion of the training period.
- A hybrid schedule that includes 1 day at home and 4 days in the office per week for the first 30 days of hybrid capability.
- A flexible schedule with manager approval following the initial 120-day period, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
