Key Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support for the VP, Virtual Entertainment, including scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and coordinating events
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the business, including social media trends and platform changes
• Assist other social leads with daily team needs, including managing office relationships, SOWs, and budgets
• Coordinate with teams across the division on schedules and planning, and provide support on campaign planning and execution
• Update office documentation, including rollout reports, presentations, and campaign plans
• Prepare and track expense reports, and perform other administrative tasks as needed
• Communicate with a wide range of Disney and external contacts, including handling internal and external communications with a high level of discretion
• Handle confidential and sensitive information, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in the entertainment or social media industry
• A strong interest in social media and marketing, with a solid understanding of online platforms and trends
