About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Distribution Center Operations Supervisor to join our team in Tolleson, AZ. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for directing workflow for warehouse employees, leading your team to meet and exceed daily targets, and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with coordination of processes and assignments for the distribution area to ensure the delivery of consistent work products.
- Execute daily activities and operational plans for the distribution area's strategies to enhance the culture of excellence and innovation across the enterprise.
- Manage day-to-day operations in a warehouse section to ensure daily targets are met or exceeded.
- Conduct performance appraisals using various reports, summaries, and procedures as necessary to resolve problems and improve employee efficiency and warehouse operations.
- Analyze reports and provide recommendations to the operations manager on best practices for the section.
- Coordinate processes and assignments for areas within the warehouse to achieve a balanced workload and meet daily operational metrics.
- Define terms for conducting tasks and establish new priorities for assignments to meet operational success.
- Manage team performance through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation, and team development.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3-5 years of work experience in a Warehouse or Distribution Center.
- Working knowledge of collaboration and teamwork.
- Working knowledge of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.
- Ability to work 1st shift, on-site at AZ - Tolleson from Monday-Friday from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM or 7:00 to 3:00 PM with some additional flexibility.
- A high school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications

- Working knowledge of business intelligence.
- Working knowledge of problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.
- Experience in Lean and Kaizen.
- An Associate degree.

- A salary range of $43,888 - $85,068.
