Key Responsibilities
- Review applications, insurance, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility, ensuring that all necessary information is complete and up-to-date.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- An Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required), with a strong foundation in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers, data entry, HR, or customer service (preferred, but not required), with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and service.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately review and process large volumes of data and information.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, with a strong desire to take ownership of tasks and projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with delivery professionals, colleagues, and management via phone, email, and text.
