Job Overview

As a Field Delivery Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our Delivery Drivers in merchandising and maintaining our products in retail stores. This will involve traveling to various accounts, ensuring products are stocked, displayed, and rotated correctly, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our Sales and Delivery Departments to ensure our brands are well-represented and our presence stands out in top retail stores nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandise and maintain our products in retail stores, ensuring they are up to date, well-represented, and displayed correctly
• Travel to retail stores to ensure products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along your route
• Develop and maintain relationships with our supplier brands, providing best-in-class service to our clients
• Use a hand truck to organize beer and kegs in accounts, ensuring efficient and safe delivery and storage
• Collaborate with our Sales and Delivery Departments to ensure seamless execution of our merchandising and delivery operations
• Perform other duties as assigned, including participating in special projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, logistics) preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as merchandising, sales, or logistics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
