As a key member of our customer service and data entry team, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume customer calls, resolving issues, and providing exceptional patient care. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and have a knack for data entry, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Handle high-volume customer calls, resolving issues and providing exceptional patient care * Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new enrollments by entering information into a suitable system * Handle patient medicine demands within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for handling * Investigate to obtain missing solution data, and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes) * Settle all information entry-related exceptions * Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis * Settle Outsider Oddballs by surveying, gathering data, making remedies, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities * Settle on phone decisions to safety net providers and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or in any case settle the Outsider Oddballs * Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different areas * Identify and convey issues to senior-level staff as suitable **Essential Qualifications** * High school certificate or GED * Essential level PC skills (e.g., start and close down PC, use the mouse to point and snap, start and close projects, switch between programs, save records, print documents, and access data online) * Essential web browser skills to include opening a program, composing URLs in the right area, using a web search engine, bookmarking a webpage, exploring using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online * Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing records) * Ability to convey recorded as a hard copy and verbally * 18 years old or older **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center climate * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy professional with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office * Experience providing customer care to inside and outside clients, including fulfilling quality guidelines for services, and assessment of consumer satisfaction * Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing records) * Familiarity with Spanish and English **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Flexible work schedule and remote work options * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a knack for data entry, we want to hear from you!
