**A Day in the Life:**
As an Experienced Customer Engagement Marketing Professional, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the complex functions of our legal, security, and data consistency team. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure that our marketing solutions are aligned with business objectives, compliant with regulatory requirements, and optimized for maximum impact. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Supporting the execution of our Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products (DPEP) legal and security review lines
* Collaborating with the CE Marketing Consistency Legal, Protection Law, and Data Administration team to ensure seamless workflow and efficient processes
* Reviewing and managing new and renewal contract surveys, including MSA, NDA, business, marketing, legal, protection, pricing, pixels, data use, and security terms for Disney objections, shopDisney, and Disney Distributing
* Conducting external data sharing inspections and oversight, including crowd dividing among Disney specialty units, organization, and external merchants
* Partnering with key colleagues to review and manage the Client Commitment unified legal and security line, including reporting new checking processes
* Overseeing project-specific direction and recommended strategies to ensure consistency status with existing, recently authorized, and emerging security guidelines and regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, ITP, and future developments

**Required Qualifications:**
To be eligible for this part-time remote opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:
* Currently enrolled in a certified school/college, taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) preceding support in the temporary job program
* Or, have graduated from a school/college in at least six months
* Or, currently participating in a Disney School Program or Disney Professional Entry-level position
* Should not have completed one year of continuous work on a Disney temporary job or program
* Should have unrestricted work authorization
* Should have a reliable, dependable schedule for working throughout the meeting
* Should have reliable transportation to/from work
