We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Content Moderator to join our team at Walgreens, where you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of compliance checking programs, managing risk assessments, and utilizing business intelligence tools for data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute compliance checking programs, including risk assessments, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead the development of risk-based compliance monitoring work plans and procedures.
- Plan and execute compliance monitoring data analysis as directed by the Compliance Checking Examination Chief.
- Analyze and report monitoring results, including identifying potential compliance risks and trends.
- Prepare and present reports of monitoring results to business leaders to inform risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop and design reports of monitoring activities, results, and related remedial action plans (Covers).
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in compliance monitoring or examining, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify potential compliance risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools, such as Business Objects, Cognos, or similar software.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in compliance monitoring or examining, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience working with regulatory compliance requirements related to retail pharmacy and healthcare supplier businesses.
- Experience working with sensitive or confidential data.
- Experience creating and presenting presentations to various audiences within the organization.
- Proficiency in business intelligence software, such as Business Objects, Cognos, or similar software.
- Strong skills in data extraction, mining, and management, with a solid understanding of statistical concepts and SQL query skills.
