**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative (Licensed P&C Agent) at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. You will be responsible for:
* Providing top-notch customer service to current and prospective customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and tailoring our services to meet their expectations
* Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, and working with customers to implement solutions that meet their needs
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination across teams
* Staying up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and arenaflex's products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
**Responsibilities**
* Work diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalate to appropriate level when necessary
* Convey information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately in order to meet the needs of the customer
* Strive for first call resolution in order to provide "best in class" service
* Stay current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met, including Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, and Average Speed of Answer
**Qualifications/Skill sets**
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
* Dedicated to providing a positive customer experience
* Communicate clearly and professionally over the phone
* Strong technical background/ability to multi-task in several systems at once
* Willingness to learn new material and systems/applications
* Accountable and reliable
**Requirements**
* Property/Casualty Insurance License required
* High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
* 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired. Customer Service experience required
* Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
* Remote working experience a plus
* Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
* US Work Authorization required. arenaflex does not provide visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future
