**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, resolving service issues, and providing timely and accurate information. You will work in a remote call center environment, using your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer service calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
* Resolve service issues and concerns in a respectful and professional manner
* Provide information and assistance to customers regarding our services and policies
* Enter service data into computer systems and update customer information as necessary
* Log information about customer service interactions into systems
* Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent
**Qualifications**
* 1 year recent customer service or call center experience
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, are a plus
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
