**Major Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical support to customers, using your problem-solving skills and technical expertise to find solutions
* Listening to customers and using your deductive reasoning skills to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to customers
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
* Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support
**A Day in the Life**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a comfortable and productive work environment. Your day will be filled with:
* Relaying important information about arenaflex products and services to customers, updating customer accounts and solving billing questions
* Providing technical support and troubleshooting devices across arenaflex systems
* Helping customers understand the arenaflex value proposition and providing customer lifestyle solutions
* Participating in coaching, team meetings, and 1:1 development time to grow and develop your career at arenaflex

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience
* Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or sales environment
* Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in customer service or a related field
**Work Environment**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a comfortable and productive work environment. You'll need:
* A designated private workspace at home
* High-speed internet (DSL, Cable, or Fiber) with the ability to hardwire via Ethernet from cable modem to your PC
* At least 25mbps download and 15mbps upload speeds
