You'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their problems. If you're a motivated individual with a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring customers feel valued and supported. * Assist in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store for customers during their shopping experience, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment. * Help in the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizes merchandise, and transports merchandise from stockroom to sales floor. * Independently stocks shelves and recovers merchandise in the store, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient stockroom operations. * Accurately handles customer funds and processes transactions using the POS system, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. * Remains constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, responding promptly to any issues or concerns. * Performs all other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable store operation, including but not limited to: + Assisting with visual merchandising and store displays. + Participating in inventory management and stockroom organization. + Supporting store events and promotions. + Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. **Position Requirements** * Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned. * Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. * Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs.
